2.AHP guarantees you mortgage financing regardless of:
• Past Credit Problems
(bank will make 100% loans on FICO scores from high of 850 to 80% loans on
FICO scores of 500); AHP will finance the loan on those who do not have sufficient
FICO scores; bank will offer methods for cleaning credit so financing can
go through.
• Low or No Income
AHP will customize your mortage payment to fit your income (i.e., seniors
with fixed income)..
• 1st Time Buyer
AHP accepts those with low, mid or high FICO scores who, in turn, bring others
with low, mid or high FICO scores; the bank will fund AHP with development
money for every person with a high FICO score who closes escrow, which covers
those with low FICO scores.
• No Down Pymt For Members Who Don’t Qualify - AHP Will Fund
Administrative one-time membership fee of $59 plus $10 monthly fee until your
house is built; as homes become available, paid-up members will receive preference
over members not paid up, all other things being equal. If one finances through
bank, it is conventional loan; if financed thru AHP, it is a no-interest loan
based on one’s “ALOC” score (accumulated line of credit).
• No Collateral
No collateral is needed to become a member and secure your own home. Each
person who wants to accumulate AHP credits simply needs to find others [the
program will only work with people who can identify and talk to other people
who need housing; those with high FICO scores who buy and close escrow will
bring in development dollars to cover people with low FICO scores and/or low
income]. Those who are high FICO scorers will want to utilize the program,
as well, as an investment, rental or a move-in, since once escrow closes,
each participant will be the owner of a SPANKING BRAND NEW HOME (i.e., watch
Extreme Home Makeover for the process and the time parameters) WITH BUILT-IN
EQUITY OF $150,000 to $300,000, depending upon the style of house and area
selected.
• A Variety of Programs Are Available
Homes may be built in a large tract acquisitioned by AHP or on single home
tract secured by AHP member. Land found by AHP member will be used for house
or member will be paid $10,000 finder’s fee. Members may build rental
income property with either FICO scores OR AHP “ALOC” score ($20,000
mortgage reduction line of credit plus $5,000 cash payable to anyone whose
referral person closes escrow). Same process may be used to “pay off
mortgage!”

Goal - 500 New AHP Members
If the New Members Total reaches 500 during the “New Members Drive,”
AHP will pay the following Bonuses:
• $2,000 Bonus 1st Place
• $1,500 Bonus 2nd Place
• $ 500 Bonus 3rd Place
• $ 100 Bonus 4th - 15th Places
If the New Members total reaches 1,000 during the “New Members Drive,” AHP will pay the following Bonuses:
• $3,000 Bonus 1st Place
• $2,000 Bonus 2nd Place
• $1,500 Bonus 3rd Place
• $ 500 Bonus 4th Place
• $ 400 Bonus 5th Place
• $ 300 Bonus 6th Place
• $ 100 Bonus 7th - 15th Places
If the New Members total reaches 2,000 during the “New Members Drive,” AHP will pay the following Bonuses:

The AHP New Member Drive begins Aug. 1, 2005, but the AHP will count all new members who signed up in July if they have paid the Enrollment Fee and are paying their Monthly Adm. Fees. Only Members Who Have Paid Their “Annual Enrollment Fee” and Are Paying Their “Monthly Adm. Fee” Can Participate.

* How Will AHP Do This?
Firstly -
AHP will raise the ALOC Points given for each qualified referral
from 2,000 to 8,000
Secondly -
AHP Member accepts the NEWLY DESIGNED "AHP 5-3-5 SYSTEM"

Five In -Then Three for the 1,000 Plus Program - Then 5 Out
* BENEFITS
Each AHP Member who refers five new members (who qualifiy, build and close
escrow) will have an ALOC score of 40,000 points which equals a $400,000.00
Line of Credit.
The next three people that the member refers (who qualify, build and close escrow) will go to fund The 1,000 Plus Program. At that time the member will be given the TITLE to his/her house. Of course, it will have a $400,000.00 mortgage on it.
The next five people that the member refers (who qualify, build and close escrow) will pay off his/her mortgage.
NOTE: FOR EACH AHP MEMBER WHO BUILDS HIS/HER HOUSE USING "THE 1,000 PLUS PROGRAM, THE AHP WILL BUILD ONE HOUSE THAT WAS DESTROYED BY KATRINA. THE AHP WILL BUILD HOUSES IN EACH STATE AFFECTED BY "HURRICANE KATRINA," PLUS WORK TO RESTORE THE LIVES THAT WERE AFFECTED BY KATRINA!
